Where SiteModeAI runs, and what is still preview infrastructure.
We would rather publish the current setup clearly than make enterprise-sounding claims before the product is ready for them.
Application hosting
The SiteModeAI web application currently runs on Render in its Singapore region. Render terminates HTTPS for the public service and runs the Node.js application.
Database
Account data, website settings, collected website activity and saved checks are stored in a PostgreSQL database provided through Supabase.
The final public data-location wording, retention schedule and production recovery commitments will be reviewed before paid launch rather than guessed during the preview.
What customer website activity contains
SiteModeAI is designed to store page paths, referring website hostnames when available, coarsened screen width, browser language, event time, limited business-action categories and supported real-visitor performance measurements.
The website activity tables are designed not to store visitor IP addresses, browser fingerprints, full user-agent strings or what someone typed into a form.
Third-party services used by the SiteModeAI website
Render: application hosting and deployment.
Supabase: PostgreSQL database infrastructure.
GitHub: source-code hosting and deployment integration; it is not used as the production website-activity database.
SiteModeAI no longer needs an external Google Fonts request for its interface; the site uses system fonts.
Email infrastructure
Transactional email delivery is not active in the preview yet. The password-reset and verification flows are prepared, but a branded sending domain/provider will be connected only after the final product domain is chosen.
Deletion, export and sharing
Account holders can remove individual websites, permanently delete their account, export website activity as CSV, download a broader account-data export and create revocable read-only report links.
Recovery and availability
The preview has service health checks, website monitoring, an external scheduled smoke test and a public status page. We do not currently advertise an independent backup SLA, disaster-recovery SLA or guaranteed 24/7 service level.
Before paid launch
The final legal operator identity, branded support address, formal subprocessor wording, data-location wording and any contractual privacy documents will be finalized with the production brand/domain.
