These terms apply to use of the SiteModeAI service. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for websites you own or are authorized to measure.
Free preview
The current launch version is a free MVP. Paid billing is not enabled. Any paid plan descriptions shown on the website are informational until checkout is explicitly enabled.
Acceptable use
Do not use SiteModeAI to violate law, interfere with systems, collect data from websites without authorization, or attempt to bypass security controls.
Availability
The service is provided on an evolving basis and may change, experience downtime, or have limits while it is being developed. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability is made.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content and legal compliance of websites on which you install the SiteModeAI website connection code and for providing any notices required for your own use case.
Automated results
Website Check, Privacy Check, traffic-source labels and other automated interpretations are provided as helpful information and can be incomplete or occasionally incorrect. Privacy Check is not legal advice or a compliance certification.
